Nursery (Infant and Toddlers) Sunday 8:00 am & 10:45 am
Infants: We know leaving your new baby for the first time can be overwhelming. The volunteers in our Nursery have been chosen for this age group because of their love for babies and will care for all of the needs of your infant.
Toddlers: This is a fun and active stage in your child’s life. All teaching and activities are age-appropriate with plenty of flexibility for the normal needs of toddlers.
Want to know what your child is learning each week? Check out FTT (Family Together Time). We want to ensure your child’s experience is GREAT!
Please Label and Bring:
Fun Time: Your child participate in many age-appropriate, creative activities throughout the morning. We believe in an active, hands-on approach with our kids; so be on the lookout for those fun projects!
Snack Time: We usually serve Goldfish™ and/or Cheerios™. If we serve something else, you will be notified. If your child has allergies and cannot eat what is provided, please contact the Nursery Ministry Leader or Coordinator and bring an appropriate snack.
Potty Time: If your child is potty training, please be sure to communicate that to the Nursery Coordinator and bring an extra change of clothing. We ask that your child wear a pull-up to the classroom. Volunteers are never allowed in the bathrooms alone with children. They will assist them with clothing (as needed) and hand-washing afterwards.
Transition: Your child will be promoted from the Nursery to the preschool classroom at age 2 and based on the school calendar. Promotion takes place in September.
